The Associate position is suitable for graduates of any academic discipline, who are fluent in a major European language. The high standards to which we work, and the demands of a consulting career, mean that we place stringent demands on applicants’ academic qualifications. Candidates must have a minimum 2.1 degree grade and AAB at A level, or equivalent. The international scope of our business makes fluency in a major European language (in addition to English) essential. A perfect command of English is a prerequisite, as is a high level of numeracy. Prior business experience through summer or part-time positions is an advantage, as is familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
